Event Overview
The Run Forest Run 5K is scheduled for Saturday, April 18, 2026. It is the 12th annual edition of the event, sponsored by the Forest Elementary PTA. The proceeds from this year's event will be donated to Brian Moorman's P.U.N.T. Pediatric Cancer Collaborative.

Location and Course
The race starts and finishes at Forest Elementary School, located at 250 North Forest Road in Williamsville, NY. The 5K course is USATF certified (Course NY1700JJ). The finish line area has a recently expanded parking lot, with a slightly different entrance. The course will be marked with red directional arrows. A separate map is provided for the 1 Mile Walk.
Registration and Logistics
Registration is available online with a credit card until the start of the race. Paper applications for cash or check payment will be available on race morning. T-shirts are guaranteed for participants who register by April 9, 2026; after that, they are available while supplies last.

Packet pickup will be inside Forest Elementary School from 8:30 AM until the race start at 10:00 AM.
Awards and Results
Trophies will be awarded to the first-place overall male and female 5K finishers. Age group winners will receive medals. The event uses Jaguar Electronic RFID timing by Race Management Solutions. Results are updated in real-time and can be accessed via a mobile app, results kiosk, TV monitor, or website. Custom finisher certificates can be downloaded for free, and finish line photos are available to view and share.
Policies
There are no refunds. The organizers reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, or offer a virtual alternative in case of foul weather, public safety concerns, or other necessary reasons. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
