Funds raised support two Stella's Circle programs, Naomi Centre and the Just Us Women’s Centre, which assist young women experiencing homelessness and women navigating the criminal justice system. Fundraising helps sustain a shared Peer Support Worker position, providing nearly 2,000 hours of direct mental health support per year.
Support services described include one-on-one counselling and emotional support, group programs focused on healing and resilience, outreach to women in custody and reintegration support, advocacy and system navigation including court accompaniment, and community-building activities such as shared meals and walking groups. The emphasis is on ongoing, relationship-based care delivered by a consistent support worker.
