The Run for Water Trail Race takes place on June 5, 2027 at Sumas Mountain in Abbotsford. The event offers multiple trail distances with significant elevation gain, especially on the longer courses.
Distances:
- 10K roughly 450 metres of elevation gain
- 25K roughly 1300 metres of elevation gain
- 50K roughly 2600 metres of elevation gain
The event is cupless. Participants must bring their own water bottles or flasks to refill along the course. At the finish line a Lepp's Farm Market "sando" is provided, and each entry includes a piece of race swag. A cut-off time is applied to the event.
