- 10K (roughly 450 metres elevation gain)
- 25K (roughly 1300 metres elevation gain)

Race entry fees are used to bring clean water to families in Uganda and the DRC. Full payment is required at registration and is non-refundable; donations or fundraising above the entry fee are tax receiptable. Participants may switch to a shorter distance at no cost if the organizer is informed one week before race day.
The race is Trail Sisters approved, indicating a commitment to equal opportunities for all racers. The event is cupless, so participants must bring their own water bottles or flasks to refill on course. Each entry includes a piece of race swag. A sandwich from Lepp's Bakehouse is provided at the finish.
The 25K course description notes a start at the lower day-use parking off Taggart Road, passage on Squid Line and Glen Ryder trails to Taggart Peak, viewpoints over the Fraser Valley, aid stations, ascent past Chadsey Lake to Sumas Peak, and technical descents including Knob Gobbler and a series of flowing single-track trails named Holiday Sauce, Extra Sauce, Pre-Peel and Emma Peel.
