Race, course and awards

The course is a 3.1-mile loop through Winton Woods Park featuring a lake, trails, and surrounding forest. The race will be timed and results will be posted on the race website. The top five finishers for each gender will receive a medal; there are no age-category awards. A post-race party will follow at Kestrel Point Shelter with healthy post-race food, a coffee truck, raffle prizes, music, and complimentary food and water for participants at the finish.

Registration and logistics

The event is open to ages 4 and up; children 3 and under do not need to register. Registration is online only, including race day. Early bird pricing (before 2025-09-30) is $20 for adults and $18 for youth (13 and under) or seniors (60 and older). After 2025-09-30 prices are $25 for adults and $20 for youth or seniors; day-of registration prices are higher. Parking on race day is free for participants. Raffle tickets are sold in bundles ($5 for 2, $10 for 5). Free T-shirts (sizes S to XL) are provided to participants and volunteers while supplies last.
