Run For The Hills Cross Country 5K & 1-Mile Family Walk
The event takes place on Sunday, July 19, 2026, at the Seven Hills Recreation Center in Seven Hills, Ohio. It includes both a cross country race and a separate family walk.

The course surface varies and includes grass, gravel, a short wooded trail, and occasional all-purpose paved trail sections. Entertainment is scheduled during the event, and food and drink offerings are available around midday as part of the Home Days Event, which also includes food trucks and rides.
Registration details note that registering by July 10 guarantees a T-shirt with registration. Online registration closes on July 19 at 8:30 am. In-person registration is available the day before at the recreation center and on race day at the event check-in. T-shirts can also be purchased through the event registration page.
The Cross Country 5K has a maximum field of 140 registered participants. The 1 Mile Family Walk has no participant limit. All fees are non-refundable, including for weather-related cancellations. A finisher medal is provided for family walk participants. The 5K welcomes people of all ages and abilities, including walkers; the 1 Mile Family Walk is open to all ages.
