Run For The Hills Cross Country 5K & 1-Mile Family Walk
The event is the second annual Run For The Hills Cross Country 5K and 1-Mile Family Walk, held at the Seven Hills Recreation Center in Seven Hills, Ohio (7777 Summitview Drive). The course combines multiple surfaces and a short wooded trail, and the event is sponsored by Greystone Veterinary Hospital + Urgent Care.

The course surface includes grass, gravel, a short wooded trail, and occasional all-purpose paved trail sections. There will be entertainment during the event, and food and drink offerings are available as part of the Home Days Event, which includes food trucks, beverages, and rides.
Registration details note that registering by July 10 guarantees a T-shirt. Online registration closes on July 19. In-person registration is available the day before at the recreation center and on race day at check in. The Cross Country 5K has a maximum of 140 participants, while the 1-Mile Family Walk has no participant limit. All fees are non-refundable, including in the case of weather related cancellations. The event provides a finisher medal for family members, and the 1-mile walk is open to all ages. The 5K welcomes participants of different ages and abilities, including walkers.
