Run for the Heartline
Run for the Heartline is scheduled for June 7, 2026 at Mosaic Brewing Company in Cleveland, Ohio. The event includes both in-person and virtual options and offers multiple course choices.

Registration opens in mid February for the offered events and closes on May 22, 2026. The early registration fee is $35. A higher fee of $40 applies in the two weeks before the race.
Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in these age groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over. Participants receive a Run for the Heartline T-shirt.
The run is organized to raise awareness of aortic disease, including aortic aneurysm and aortic dissection, and to support people and families affected by these conditions. Funds raised support education about signs and emergency symptoms, encourage family screening and appropriate specialist evaluation, and help advance research and advocacy aimed at earlier diagnosis and treatment. The event notes that aortic disease can affect people of various ages and that early detection and specialist care can prevent many emergencies.
