Event
The 5th Annual Run for the Cherubs is a fundraising 5K run and walk taking place on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at Lakefront Park and Marina, 1104 Lakeshore Blvd, Saint Cloud, FL 34769. The event offers both an in-person race and a virtual 5K option. The course is USATF certified and is professionally chip timed with live online results. The route passes a memorial bench at Dan Tarrell Point.

Entry and logistics
Early registration pricing was available through October 31, 2025. Standard entry fees are listed as $35 for adults, $28 for youth ages 4-17, day-of registration at $40, and free for ages 0-3. Day-of registration and early packet pickup on Friday, February 6, 2026, at Lakefront Park are available. The virtual option can include packet shipping for U.S. addresses; shipping deadlines apply for timely delivery of packets.
Charity and prizes
The event is hosted by the Graham J. Cowan Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. One hundred percent of race proceeds benefit Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies, supporting neonatal care and families. The foundation reports having raised and gifted over $41,000 to the hospital to date. Top three finishers male and female in each age category receive an Amazon gift card and a trophy: 1st place $100, 2nd place $50, 3rd place $25.
