This event takes place in Biloxi, Mississippi, with the starting location at 121 Cadet St. Participants can choose from several different formats and distances, ranging from a children's short-distance run to a competitive walk and a mile-long specialty race.
Distances and Formats
Participants can participate in the following events:
- 5K run
- 5K racewalk
- 1 Mile Beer Mile
- 0.25 Miles Kids' Run
The 5K racewalk requires participants to follow USATF guidelines, which include maintaining contact with the ground at all times and keeping the leading leg straightened from the moment of contact until it passes under the body.
The 1 Mile Beer Mile is open to participants aged 21 and older. This race follows official Beer Mile rules, requiring participants to consume four 12oz beers over the course of one mile.
