Run for Roselle 5K: Battle of the Decades 70s • 80s • 90s
The Run for Roselle 5K is a community 5K and outreach event held at Warinanco Park in Roselle, NJ on October 10, 2026. The event uses a Battle of the Decades theme covering the 70s, 80s and 90s. It is an outreach initiative of Agape House of Worship that supports local family assistance programs.
The event includes:
- 5K
- 1/4 mile Kids Fun Run
Registration fees are tiered by age. Adults 18 and older are listed at $35 through September 1 and $39 after September 1. Youth ages 8 to 17 are listed at $10. Children 7 and under may enter the free kids fun run. Registration fees are non refundable. The event takes place rain or shine.
Prizes are planned for the top three overall 5K finishers. First, second and third place finishers in each age category will receive medals. Participants are welcome to run, jog or walk. Costumes and decade dress are encouraged but not required.
The event supports community outreach activities including meals, school supplies, gas card giveaways, Thanksgiving outreach efforts and other assistance for families in need. Sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses that want to support the outreach work. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
