5th Annual Run For Raegan
The Run for Raegan is a community sports event held at Volunteer Park in Plantation, Florida. The event serves to fund research for Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG), a form of pediatric cancer, in partnership with the ChadTough Defeat DIPG Foundation. This year marks the fifth edition of the gathering, which includes both running and walking options for participants.

Participants receive limited edition participation medals and various promotional items or swag. The Plantation Fire Department provides water and electrolyte drinks throughout the event. Light snacks are available for participants before and after their respective distances.
The event features several family oriented activities alongside the course. The Plantation Fire Department hosts a "Paint the Truck" station and activities involving fire engine hoses for children. The Plantation Police SWAT team displays a BearCat vehicle for photo opportunities. On-site entertainment includes a live DJ and a raffle featuring various items.
