Run for Punjab 5K/10K
Run for Punjab is a charity 5K and 10K held at Confluence Plaza, St. Patrick’s Island Park in Calgary on October 3, 2026. The event raises funds for SAF International to support education, housing, community development, and humanitarian aid across South Asia, including relief for flood-affected communities in Punjab.
Registration includes a mandatory minimum donation of CA$15 to SAF International plus a CA$5 event fee and applicable processing fees. No refunds will be provided. The event is self-timed and non-competitive; participants track their own times.
The run is open to participants of all ages. Parents must accompany minors because the event does not assume responsibility for monitoring children. Participants are asked to bring their own water bottle. The course route is provided via a course map and the run will proceed regardless of weather conditions. Parking is available at Confluence Plaza and the start area is at The Rise as indicated on the course map.
