Run for North Caldwell (5K & Color Mile)
The event includes two runs based at North Caldwell Borough Hall, 141 Gould Ave, North Caldwell, NJ. Net proceeds from each event are used to improve North Caldwell athletic fields and recreational facilities. All current CDC and New Jersey Department of Health guidelines in place at the time will be followed.
Distances:
- 5K USATF-sanctioned road race with prizes and Grand Prix points.
- 1 mile Color Run open to runners and walkers of all ages.
Registration fees are stated per event. Participants may register for both events; adding the second event when registering incurs an additional fee of $10. Online registrations completed by August 31, 2026 include event shirts: a Dry-Fit T-shirt for 5K registrants and a 100% cotton Color Run T-shirt for Color Run registrants. Those who register for both events receive two shirts. Registrations after August 31 receive shirts on a first-come, first-served basis at packet pickup.
Packet pickup and race materials are distributed from the parking lot next to North Caldwell Borough Hall; packets include bibs for the 5K and color packets for the Color Run. Color Run participants should not open color packets until instructed at the beginning of the Color Run. Event-day parking is available at Liberty Field (pool side only), Firemen's Field, and designated street parking. Separate awards will be presented to students of Grandview Elementary and Gould Elementary and to middle school and high school participants.
