RUN FOR NATURE, Troy MI
RUN FOR NATURE takes place on Sunday, June 7, 2026 at Troy Farm, located at South Blvd. and Beach Road in Troy, MI. The event benefits the Stage Nature Center and offers in-person and virtual participation options.
Events include:
- 5K Run / 5K Walk
- 2K Walk
- Little Sprout Sprint (ages 10 and under)
- Virtual Participant
Runners and walkers use separate courses. 5K runners begin on the Troy Farm nature trail, follow a sidewalk route to the nature center, and return to the Start/Finish at Troy Farm. 5K walkers use the same route after the runners. 2K walkers follow a nature trail that winds through meadows and wooded sections of the farm.
Fee information and entry details are provided by the organizer. Early bird adult registration is listed through May 15 with a standard adult fee after that date. Youth registration for the 5K or 2K is noted for ages 0 to 15. The Little Sprout Sprint has a separate entry and includes a participant medal; the first 50 preregistered children receive a nature cape. Parents may assist children on the mini course free of charge.
Preregistration by May 15 is requested to guarantee a t-shirt. Race packets are available for pickup at the Stage Nature Center before the event on specified dates. No refunds are issued; a receipt for a donation to the nature center can be provided on request. Event organizers reserve the right to convert to a virtual format if necessary, with automatic transfer of participants. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
