Event Overview
The Run for Love is an annual community event founded in 2006. It takes place at Glenview Gallery Park in Glenview, Illinois. Logos Mission, in collaboration with Chicago-area running clubs, organizes the event.
Distances and Details
The event features two distances:
- A 5K run
- A 1-mile walk
Awards are given for the 5K run, including individual and age group placements for male and female participants. There are no awards for the walk. Finisher medals are awarded to 5K run participants only.
Registration and Logistics
Registration is available exclusively online. Payment methods are digital only. T-shirts are provided to registered participants in the 5K run and 1-mile walk, with availability limited to the first 300 registrants.
Participants have 50 minutes to complete their chosen course. Packet pick-up is available in advance at a location in Northbrook on specified dates, or on race day at the event venue starting at 7:00 AM. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
