Run for Love in Glenview
Run for Love is an annual community event for the Korean-American community in Chicagoland, held on May 16, 2026 at Glenview Gallery Park, 2400 Chestnut Ave, Glenview, IL 60026. The event marks the 50th anniversary of Logos Missions and the 30th anniversary of Christian Mutual Med-Aid.
The event offers two activities:
- 5K Run
- 1 Mile Walk
Participants in each event have 50 minutes to complete their chosen course. The 5K includes awards for overall male and female finishers with gift values listed for first to third places, and age group awards across specified age divisions. No awards are given for the walking event.
Registration opens on March 12, 2026. Fees are listed as $40.00 for the 5K and $30.00 for the 1 mile walk. An online registration deadline is noted as May 11, 2026. Participant packets and timing chips for 5K runners, and non-timed bibs for 1 mile walkers, are distributed in advance at Logos Missions in Northbrook on May 14 and May 15 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Race shirts and finisher medals are provided to every participant.
