Run for Little Ones

Run for Little Ones is a student-run non-profit founded in 2013 that raises funds and awareness for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the Alberta Children's Hospital. Its main event is an end-of-summer run where families participate to support the hospital's neonatal care.

The 2026 run is scheduled for 5 September 2026 at Bowness Park, Picnic Site 3. The event offers two route options for participants:

• 4 km
• 8 km

To date the organization has raised over $34,000 and was featured in an article in the Calgary Guardian. The run site and registration page provide additional event information.
