Run for Freedom
Run for Freedom is a community run and walk held at Frank G. Bonelli Park in San Dimas, California. The event offers on-course routes around Puddingstone Lake that include lake views, shaded sections, paved paths, and rolling terrain.
The event program for the day includes vendor set-up, registration and packet pick-up, a group warm up, speaker presentations before and after the race, and a vendor expo with entertainment. The event is scheduled as a combined run and walk and includes both in-person and virtual participation options.
Course details:
- 5K - Lakeside road with flat stretches and a few gentle inclines.
- 10K - Begins lakeside, then branches onto park trails and rolling hills.
- Virtual - Option to complete a 5K or 10K offsite within the specified virtual window.
Registration for in-person entries includes a race bib, event shirt, and a finisher’s medal. The event is organized to raise funds and awareness in support of the fight against human trafficking and exploitation.
