Run for Freedom
Run for Freedom is a community run and walk scheduled for November 7, 2026, at Frank G. Bonelli Park in San Dimas, California. The event offers in-person distances and a virtual option so participants can join locally or from elsewhere.

- 10K Lakeside start then park trails and rolling hills at the halfway point.
The 5K follows a scenic lakeside road alongside Puddingstone Lake, with mountain backdrops, shaded sections, and a mix of flat and rolling terrain. The 10K begins on the same lakeside road and continues onto park trails and varied surfaces, combining paved paths, natural terrain, and inclines.
A virtual race option lets participants complete a 5K or 10K during a specified weekend and submit their time for an official shirt and medal. Registration materials for in-person participation include a race bib, event shirt, and a finisher medal. Listed registration fees are $35 for the 5K, $45 for the 10K, and $55 for the virtual race.
The event program includes a vendor expo, registration and packet pickup, warm up, speaker presentations, and a post race speaker segment.
