Run for Beat
Run for Beat is a noncompetitive running event on June 7, 2026, in Westfield, New Jersey, at Tamaques Park on Tamaques Way. The course follows the Tamaques Parkway loop.
The route consists of four laps around the loop, covering approximately 3.2 miles. Participants may bring their own trackers and personal timing devices.
Beat The Beat, a student-led organization that promotes CPR and first aid awareness and education, is hosting the event. Proceeds will support free CPR certification classes and efforts to increase the number of trained lifesavers in the community. Donations are accepted.
Event setup and the start location are in front of the parking lot by the tennis courts. There will be no official timing and results will not be published. A registration fee of $20 applies. The top three finishers will receive $100 Visa gift cards. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
