Run Dorney Lake Half Marathon, 10k & 5k - 3 October 2026
The event takes place at Dorney Lake near the village of Dorney in Buckinghamshire, a purpose built rowing lake with grounds around the course. The organiser offers three road race distances: 5k, 10k and Half Marathon. The course is described as flat and chip timed for the shorter distances.
- Half Marathon: Elevation 27 m; 4 laps plus U-turn each lap; Road
- 10k: Elevation 15 m; 2 laps; Road
- 5k: Elevation 8 m; 1 lap; Road
Entry includes a unique themed medal, free race photos, chip timed results and post race goodies. Each kilometre is marked with distance flags and marshals are positioned around the course to guide and cheer competitors. An event village provides food and drink options and partner-provided freebies at the finish.
The organiser notes ongoing work on sustainability measures. An event t-shirt is available at a discounted price of more than 30 percent when purchased as part of the entry, supplied via partner RT Kit. RunThrough memberships can be used for entry but once the event sells out no additional places will be available. There will be no RunThrough member desk and member bibs cannot be used at this event.
