Run de Boeuf - Waterville, OH (September 18, 2026)
Run de Boeuf is a community running event held in downtown Waterville that coincides with the Roche de Boeuf Festival weekend. The main course is a measured 5 kilometer out-and-back that starts and finishes at Parker Square / Memorial Park by the Maumee River and continues along River Road. A separate kids 1 kilometer out-and-back is also offered.

Prizes are awarded for overall and master male and female finishers in the 5K; the 1K winner also receives a gift certificate. Age group awards are given for male and female runners in the following divisions: 12 and under, 13 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70 to 79, and 80 plus. Both 5K and 1K participants receive a specialty Roche de Boeuf finisher award.
All preregistered 5K entrants receive a T-shirt; additional shirts are available for purchase. There are water stops on course at 0.75 mile and 2.5 mile, light refreshments at the finish, and food trucks at the post race celebration. Race day packet pickup is the selected pickup method and further details will be announced. Registration windows and entry fees are published for each event. No refunds are offered.
