Run and Raft Adventure Day
Run and Raft Adventure Day takes place on Sunday, May 24, 2026 and Saturday, July 25, 2026 in the Coloma and Lotus area along the South Fork American River. Participants may choose one date or both. The event uses Salmon Falls Bridge / Skunk Hollow Parking Lot as the start and finish location.
The day combines a supported group trail run and a full day guided whitewater raft trip on the South Fork American River. The trail run is non competitive and informal, organized as a point to point route from Salmon Falls Bridge to Magnolia Ranch Trailhead. An aid station is located at mile 7.
Distances offered:
- 10 miles point to point along the South Fork American River Trail
- 4 miles alternate trail run option
The raft portion is a full day whitewater trip with professional guides and provided equipment. Group transportation moves participants from the run finish to the raft put in. Lunch on the river is included. The event returns participants to Salmon Falls Bridge / Skunk Hollow Parking Lot where personal vehicles are parked.
Included items and support include an AllWeDoIsRun classic snapback trucker hat, aid station supplies with Hammer Nutrition products, group transportation between run and raft, and professional river guide services.
