The point-to-point 10-mile route runs from Salmon Falls Bridge to Magnolia Ranch Trailhead and includes an aid station at mile 7 with Hammer Nutrition products. The rafting portion is a full-day guided whitewater trip on the South Fork American River, led by River Runners Outfitters. Included for participants are a snapback trucker hat, group transportation from the run finish to the raft put-in, professional guides and rafting equipment, and lunch on the river.
Logistics and fee
Participants are asked to park personal vehicles at Skunk Hollow Parking Lot. The run finishes at Magnolia Ranch Trailhead, from where group shuttle transport is provided to the rafting basecamp.
