Run Aintree is a running event held at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool on 31 October 2027. The event offers three distances and takes place on a mostly tarmac course with a short trail section through the centre of the racecourse.

Entry includes a unique themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results, post race goodies and a bag drop. The event features an event village with food and drink and a finish-line area offering free post race items from partners. An optional event t-shirt is available at checkout.
Course notes: the routes are described as flat and largely on road surfaces with one trail section inside the racecourse. The half marathon and 10K have planned water provision approximately every 5 km; the 5K does not pass a water station. Toilets are in the racecourse grandstands and are passed on the course.
Logistics: there is limited free on site parking and public transport access via Aintree Station and local bus services 300, 310 and 345. Race pack collection and baggage drop are available in the event village; baggage tags are attached to race numbers and staff assist with collection.
Participant rules include minimum ages of 17 for the half marathon, 15 for the 10K and 11 for the 5K. For half marathon runners who expect to take more than three hours contact the organisers to discuss arrangements. Wheelchair athletes and buggy runners are welcome but should take care on narrow sections. Only assistance dogs are permitted within the racecourse grounds.
