Event overview

The Run Aintree event takes place on Sunday 27 September 2026 at Aintree Racecourse, Ormskirk Road, Liverpool L9 5AS. The event offers three race distances:

5K : £28
10K : £30
Half Marathon : £33

Course, format and inclusions

The races use laps around the racecourse circuit. The 5K is one lap, the 10K is two laps, and the Half Marathon is four laps. The course is on road and described as flat; elevation information is provided for each distance in event materials. Mile markers and marshals will be in place to guide participants.
