Run Aintree Half Marathon, 10k & 5k takes place on Sunday 27 September 2026 at Aintree Racecourse, Ormskirk Road, Liverpool L9 5AS. The event offers the following distances:
- Half Marathon - £33, 4 laps (out and back + 4), elevation listed 76 m
- 10K - £30, 2 laps, elevation listed 38 m
- 5K - £28, 1 lap, elevation listed 19 m
- RunThrough Foundation Place (no fundraising required) - £150
Aintree Racecourse hosts the annual Grand National steeplechase.
Course and race services
The course is on road and described as flat. Each mile is marked and marshals are provided on course. The race involves laps around the circuit: one lap for the 5K, two laps for the 10K and four laps for the Half Marathon.
Entries include a themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results and post-race goodies. An event village will offer food and drink options and partner-provided items.
