Cutoffs, aid, and logistics

The race uses multiple aid stations staffed by volunteers and supported by medical personnel; aid offerings include hydrating drinks, electrolytes, and light snacks. There are five intermediate cutoffs plus a final cutoff at the finish; runners must maintain about a 17.5 min/mi pace (3.5 mph) to remain ahead of cutoffs. Notable cutoff mileages are 32.5, 55.8, 63.8, 75.9, 100.07, and the finish at 123.2 miles. Crew access is available at several aid stations. Field size is limited, there are no shuttle services this year, and participants are expected to arrange their own transportation to the start. Finishers of the 200K receive a belt buckle; finishers of the 100K and relay options receive a medal. All finishers receive a 2025 CT123 t-shirt and additional race swag. Volunteers work shifts of about 1.5-3 hours and receive race swag and food. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
