  • Solo 200k
  • 6 person 200k relay
  • 3 person 200k relay

The route mixes trail and road surfaces. Nearly half the course, roughly 57 miles, follows maintained trails with forest scenery, occasional stream crossings, and varied footing. The remainder travels scenic backroads and local highways. Total ascent is approximately 3,842 ft and total descent about 4,455 ft.

The event uses a 36 hour overall cutoff. There are five intermediate cutoffs plus a final cutoff at the finish; intermediate cutoffs occur at approximately miles 32.5, 55.8, 63.8, 75.9, and 100.07 and most locations have crew access. To remain ahead of cutoffs runners must average about 17.5 minutes per mile (3.5 mph).

Aid stations are staffed by volunteers and provide hydrating drinks, electrolyte options, and light snacks. Medical staff are present to respond to common ultramarathon issues. Finishers of the Solo 200k receive a belt buckle; 100k and relay finishers receive medals. All finishers receive a 2025 CT123 t shirt and additional event swag.
