Run 4 Your Cause, presented by MRA, takes place at Marpeck Commons, Canadian Mennonite University, 2299 Grant Ave, Winnipeg, MB, Canada on June 14, 2026. The 3.3K route includes a section through the Assiniboine Forest and strollers are permitted. 3.3K participants receive an individual time and may choose a medal; top three overall finishers for men, women and non-binary participants are recognized.
The Awesome Twosome 5K is run in teams of two. Each partner runs, walks, or wheels a 5K in opposite directions and individual times are recorded. Teams choose a name; participants without a partner may be paired by MRA. Age-groups are determined by adding partners' ages and awards are based on combined time. Age categories listed include 25 and under; 26-69; 70-104; 105-139; 140 and over for Men, Women and Mixed teams.
