Run 4 the Sole is a community 4k run/walk held on July 29, 2026, at 100 4th Avenue Southwest, New London, MN 56273, USA. The course distance is 4k (2.48 miles) and the event is non-timed.
The event supports Sole Hope's work in Uganda to treat and prevent diseases that enter through the feet. The organizer's stated goal is to help fund treatment, shoes and prevention for 60 pairs of feet. The event description notes the aim of empowering people in Uganda who have limited mobility due to parasites and of implementing preventive methods in affected communities.

Registration information provided by the organizer: registration opens June 16, 2026; online registration is available through July 25, 2026; registrations received before July 15 are guaranteed a race t-shirt.
