Event Overview
The Rumpshaker 5K is the 18th annual event focused on colorectal cancer awareness. It takes place at Regions Field in Birmingham, Alabama.

Participants can choose from several event options:
- 5K - In-Person: A chip-timed race.
- 1 Mile Fun Run: An untimed event.
- Virtual 5K: A flexible, "do it yourself" option where participants choose their own date and route.
- Colon Cancer Survivor Options: Special categories for survivors for both the 5K and Fun Run.
Key Details
The in-person 5K is chip-timed. A team discount is available for teams of five or more participants for both the in-person and virtual 5K. The event uses the RaceJoy app, which offers live phone tracking and GPS progress alerts for participants.
Packet pickup occurs in the days before the race at Fleet Feet Sports in Birmingham, as well as on race day at Regions Field. Free parking is available on race day at a nearby lot with a short walk to the start.
