Rule the Roost
The third annual Rule the Roost takes place in Chillicothe, OH on October 17, 2026. It is the finale of the RunFluent Ohio Trail Series and is a limited access event. Distances offered include:
- 7K
- Youth 7K
- 12 hour solo
- 12 hour 2 person relay
The course is 100% trail, mostly hard packed and wide with some technical sections. The route includes overlooks and cliffs notable for fall colors. The event provides full aid each loop and a hydration station mid loop. Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers in the 12 hour solo race, to top teams in male, female and coed categories, and to top male and female finishers of the 7K. All finishers receive a finisher award and a race T. Tent setup is available Friday evening and packet pickup is to be announced. The organizer is RunFluent LLC. RunFluent LLC does not issue refunds on race registrations; deferrals to future RunFluent events may be offered. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
