Ruck You Cancer

Ruck You Cancer is a rucking event held on July 19, 2026 at Bloomer Park, Hill Top Pavilion, in Rochester Hills, Michigan. The event offers individual ruck distances and a timed hill climb challenge.

Participants may choose from the following ruck distances:

1 mile ruck
3 mile ruck
5 mile ruck

A separate hill climb challenge runs for 15 minutes and awards the participant or team who completes the most hill climbs within that period. Teams may enter with a maximum of four persons. All participants must wear a weighted vest or ruck equal to 10 percent of their body weight. Prizes will be awarded to the event winners.
