Ruck 'N' Run (12th Annual) : Republic, Missouri
Ruck 'N' Run is a multi-distance event held in Republic, Missouri on Veterans Day weekend. The program offers ruck and run options in person and virtual shadow entries. The event collects canned goods for donation to local homeless Veterans and encourages using canned goods as ruck weight.

Ruck entries use a personal rucksack, backpack, or weighted vest and stop at exercise stations along the route. For standard ruck events, Competitors are required to complete 25 repetitions at each station and meet pre and post event weight checks; the regular ruck weight requirement is 35 lbs for women and 45 lbs for men and hydration sources are not weighed. Runner entries do not carry weight; Competitors must complete 25 repetitions at each station.
The Norwegian Foot March 30K is a ruck only event with specific requirements: a 30 km march with a dry rucksack weight of 11 kg, prescribed attire and boot guidance, mandatory pre-weigh and check in at the ROTC tent, and time limits by age and sex. NFM registrants receive an emailed certificate about one month after the event. Shadow virtual orders are shipped around the event date and virtual participants select their own route and station locations.
