Ruck It 2
Ruck It 2 is a community fitness event held in Yorkville, Illinois. The route begins and ends at the Yorkville American Legion. Participants follow a course that measures just over 5 km in length, passing through the residential neighborhood located behind the local Costco.
The event is designed for families and individuals interested in a fitness adventure. While participants are encouraged to carry a ruck sack during the activity, it is not a mandatory requirement for participation. The race proceeds are used to benefit the Yorkville American Legion Post 489, which supports various veteran and community initiatives.

The entry process allows for various participation options. Children aged 12 and under can participate for free when accompanied by an adult, though this entry does not include a commemorative shirt. For other participants, there is a fixed entry fee, with the option to purchase an event t-shirt during the registration process.
