RRRC Frostbite 15K
The RRRC Frostbite event is a 15K run scheduled for January 25, 2026, at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden in Henrico, VA. The event includes both an in-person 15K and a virtual 15K. The in-person and virtual entries are listed at the same base price of $47; the price increases after December 2, 2025. Registration is open to participants who are 9 years old on or before race day.
Registration and race features
Registered participants receive a long-sleeve shirt (sizes and availability not guaranteed) and a finisher award. Participants who register by January 9 are guaranteed a swag item/size. The event uses chip timing and offers post-race food including Dunkin' donuts. Registered entrants are eligible for random awards in the form of gift certificates from Lucky Road Run Shop. Volunteers are requested to support race operations.
Rules and policies
The race is conducted under the rules of the Road Runners Club of America. The course has a 2.5 hour time limit (about a 16-minute per mile pace). Strollers are allowed but must start at the back. Garden rules prohibit getting on the grass. Prohibited on course are animals, bicycles, skateboards, skates, scooters, handcycles, and non-registered participants or pacers.
