Round Latrigg

The Round Latrigg (Mike Mallen Memorial Race) is a challenging 5.5-mile (8.8 km) fell running event held in Keswick, in the English Lake District. The course features an ascent of 787 feet (240 meters) and starts from Keswick Cricket Pavilion, which offers limited facilities. After a seven-year hiatus due to storm damage, the race resumed in 2022 and is known for its friendly yet competitive atmosphere.

Participants must carry full Fell Runners Association kit, including waterproof clothing, compass, whistle, and map. The event attracts strong runners, with course records of 29:21 for men and 32:59 for women. Entry is £5 on the day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
