Rothenberger Road To Recovery Run, Oneonta NY
This community run in Oneonta, NY focuses on remembrance and on education about substance use disorder and recovery. It brings together a recovery organization, the event family, and the community to highlight prevention, treatment, and recovery. Online registration remains open until Friday, August 29 at 9:00 AM. Day-of registration and packet pickup take place at Neahwa Park on race day; day-of registration is scheduled from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM. The first 200 registered participants receive a t-shirt and bracelet; pre-registered entrants are guaranteed a run T-shirt and wristband.
Pre-registration fees are listed per distance, and higher day-of prices apply. A post-race celebration includes food, snacks, refreshments, music, and an awards ceremony. Award prizes for the 5K and 10K are set values for the top three male and female finishers: first place $50, second place $20, third place $10. The 1K has no prizes.
