Ross Turkey Trot 2026
The Ross Turkey Trot 2026 is a community running event in Ross, CA on Sunday, November 8, 2026. The event is centered on multiple short-distance races and family activities held around Ross and Phoenix Lake. Event materials list on-course nutrition, an event bib, and a commemorative 2026 finisher's medal for all race participants.
Race distances and entry notes:
- Toddler Dash (ages 1-3): Free, no online registration required.
- Stroll(er) & Youth 1 Mile: $10 entry.
- 5K Fun Run/Walk: $15 entry.
- 10K Road/Trail Challenge: $20 entry; includes a mix of gentle hills and sections near Phoenix Lake.
Packet pickup and registration details are provided in advance. Bib and packet pickup are scheduled at the Ross Recreation Office at Ross School during the week before the event, with an additional day-of pickup available. Day-of registration is allowed but must be completed by 8:00 AM on race day or participants risk not being able to participate.
Event features and amenities include clearly marked course routes, nutrition and water stations (including water at Natalie Coffin Greene Park on the 10K), a post-race celebration with music, refreshments, and local vendors, a costume contest with prizes by category, and a Family Fun Zone with a bounce house for ages 5 and younger, a volleyball net for older participants, games, and crafts.
