Rose City Mile : Portland, OR
The Rose City Mile is the ninth annual event presented by Rose City Track Club on June 13, 2026 at Franklin High School, 5405 SE Woodward St, Portland, OR 97206. The program includes a Rosebud Kids Race, an Open Mile, and a Mixed 4 × 400 m relay that requires team sign up. The meet typically features about 300 competitors and a range of youth, high school, open, and masters sections.
Awards are given in men's, women's, and non binary categories. Participants who select either Non Binary or Prefer Not to Say during registration are eligible for the non binary awards category. The event emphasizes accessibility and inclusivity in its organization.
Online registration closes at midnight on June 11, 2026. Same day registration is available at an additional fee and closes 50 minutes before the first heat in each section. Final heat assignments are published the day before the meet; seeding is based on age, gender, and the estimated finishing time provided at registration. Check in closes 20 minutes before the assigned heat. The Rosebud Kids Race has specified age ranges for its races and other sections are organized by age group and performance level.
