Roscommon Harriers 10 Mile Road Race
The Roscommon Harriers 10 Mile Road Race takes place on 27 June 2026 as the 11th annual running of this event. It is a 10 mile road race on the outskirts of Roscommon Town and forms part of the Peugeot Race Series in conjunction with Pop Up Races.
The race is AAI approved and uses chip timing for results. Every participant receives a medal. Prize categories cover multiple age groups, individual finishers and club teams. The course is described as fast and flat and is positioned to fit with autumn marathon training plans.
Race headquarters and the start and finish area are at Hannon's Hotel on Athlone Road, Roscommon Town. Parking is available and road closures will be in place. Runners can request club signage to encourage local support along the route. Post-event food is provided for participants.
Entry options include standard entry without a T shirt for €30 or entry with a T shirt for €38. There is an option to post the race number and T shirt for €4.95 or to collect them at Hannon's Hotel.
