The official route covers 21.0975 km and passes major historical sites including the Colosseum, the Circus Maximus, the Baths of Caracalla and Piazza Navona. The route is described as running through the streets of the city centre and visiting multiple historical landmarks.
The event also includes a Longevity Run presented by Altograno, a non competitive 5 km run focused on well being and prevention.
