Rocky Run is a mass-participation race presented by Athletifreak that gathers 30,000 runners in the heart of Philadelphia on November 14, 2026. The event offers multiple race options and race day swag that includes three finisher medals and one official race shirt.

- 5K
- 10 Mile
- 13.1 Italian Stallion Challenge (5K plus 10 Mile)
The 13.1 Italian Stallion Challenge requires completing the 5K followed by the 10 Mile on the same day for a total of 13.1 miles. Finishers of each distance receive corresponding medals, and those who complete the challenge earn three finisher medals.
The 10 Mile course includes a timed hill section called Mount Drago. Ascent times on Mount Drago are recorded with timing mats, and the fastest 100 male and fastest 100 female finishers on that segment are awarded a Mount Drago finisher medal.
The event also highlights a Rocky Run Club that organizes training runs, shakeout runs, and merchandise drops. In addition, participants who raise $250 for Special Olympics receive free entry to the 2026 Rocky Run. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
