Event Overview
The Rock'N Race is a fundraising 5k run and walk event. This edition is the 24th annual event. It raises funds for cancer patients and their families who use support services at the Concord Hospital Payson Center for Cancer Care HOPE Resource Center.
Event Date and Location
The event is scheduled for Wednesday, May 6, 2026. It takes place on the State House Lawn in downtown Concord, New Hampshire.
Event Activities and Features
Participants can choose from two activities:
- A 5k run or walk route.
- A shorter 1-mile walking loop.
The event includes live music along the course. After the event, a variety of snacks and food are available. Runners who register are timed, while walkers are not timed.
Additional Information
A kick-off breakfast is scheduled for Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at Christ the King Parish in Concord. Registration for the breakfast is free.
The first 2,500 participants to register for the main event receive a free Rock'N Race T-shirt. Pets are not allowed to participate for safety reasons. Participants with strollers have specific line-up instructions: walkers with strollers line up on Capitol Street, and runners with strollers line up at the back of the runners on N. State Street.
