Run a 5k on July 4th in Wapakoneta, the hometown of astronaut Neil Armstrong. The flat, paved course starts at the fairgrounds. It's also the first race in a three-part Moon City Challenge series.

Location and Course
The race takes place in Wapakoneta, Ohio, which is noted as the hometown of astronaut Neil Armstrong. The start and finish line is at the Auglaize County Fairgrounds. The route goes through the town on paved roads and is described as mostly flat.
Additional Series
The event is part of the Moon City Challenge, a series of three races. Participants can register for the entire series to receive an extra challenge medal.
