Event Details

Purpose and Awareness
This 5K is held in celebration of World Down Syndrome Day to raise awareness and promote inclusion for individuals with Down syndrome. Participants are encouraged to wear mismatched socks, a symbol representing the extra copy of chromosome 21.
Participation
Individuals can participate by walking, jogging, or running the course.
Proceeds and Benefits
A portion of the event's proceeds will benefit the National Down Syndrome Society. The society provides advocacy, education, and resources for individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
Post-Race Information
