Kick It Up 5K
The Kick It Up 5K takes place on July 11, 2026, in Latta, SC at 118 W Main St. The event is open to runners and walkers and features a single 5K distance.
A portion of the race proceeds will support a junior black belt at Green Brothers Martial Arts who was selected to represent Team USA at the 2026 ICO World Championships in France. Funds raised will help cover uniforms, training, passports, flights, and accommodations.
T-shirts are guaranteed for registrations completed before June 26, 2026. Prizes will be awarded to the top male and top female overall. Medals will be given to the top two males and top two females in each age bracket: 10 and under, 11 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, and 60 and up.
A ceremony for winners will be held after the last racer completes the course. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
