Riggs CAT Rock N Run 5K
The Riggs CAT Rock N Run 5K is an inaugural event held at Martin Marietta Hatton Quarry in Cove, Arkansas. The event features a timed 5K that runs along the edge of the quarry and an untimed family fun run on the same day. The quarry will not be operational on race day.

The timed 5K will use chip timing with disposable bib tags; bibs must be worn on the front of the shirt and be visible. Cash prizes are offered for top finishers: 1st place male and female $300 each, 2nd place male and female $150 each, and 3rd place male and female $75 each. A post-race awards ceremony follows the final family run finisher.
Registration pricing varies by period and includes a custom race t-shirt, a custom race bib for chipped participants, a finisher medal for timed participants, and a provided stone for rock painting. Children under five are free. Early packet pickup is available at THE OUACHITAS coffee bar and tap room in Mena on the day before the race.
Event rules require runners to follow course signage and race official instructions. No bicycles or pets are allowed due to restricted spacing. Post-race activities include rock painting, face painting, a raffle, a jar-of-stones counting contest, vendor booths, photo opportunities on heavy machinery, and an off-site after party in Mena where a bib stub may qualify for a free adult beverage with a purchase.
