Rock Canyon Half Marathon 40th Anniversary
The Rock Canyon event on December 6, 2026 takes place at Pueblo City Park pavilion, 801 Goodnight Ave, Pueblo CO 81005. The event offers two race distances.

The course starts in the city park and quickly drops to the Arkansas River trail. Runners follow a smooth riverside path with sections of dirt trail heading west toward the Nature Center, then pass an open field where deer are often seen. There are several water and gatorade stations along the route and aid stations staffed by high-school and club runners.
The half marathon has a four hour completion limit; this is intended to help ensure volunteer and participant safety in case of harsh weather. Entry fees listed for the events are fifty five dollars for the half marathon and thirty five dollars for the 5k. Registration windows in the source materials begin in May 2026 with the half marathon registration opening May 8 2026 and the 5k registration opening May 15 2026.
