Rock Canyon Half Marathon
The Rock Canyon Half Marathon takes place on December 7, 2025, in Pueblo, Colorado, at City Park / Goodnight Avenue. The event includes the following distances:

- 5 km (Mini Rock Canyon 5k)
Course and event details
Both events start and finish near the City Park pavilion and use the Arkansas River trail. The half marathon route drops from City Park onto the river trail, follows mixed terrain including paved and dirt sections, passes a Nature Center and open fields where deer are often visible, then returns along the trail. The 5k is an out-and-back with a water station at mile 1.33 near the turnaround.
There are five water stations on the half marathon course; the first offers water only and the remaining stations offer water and Gatorade. No dogs or strollers are allowed because of terrain and single-path sections. Packet pickup is available at Pueblo Subaru and at the City Park pavilion on race weekend. Race items include participant shirts (long sleeve for half, short sleeve for 5k) and finisher medals for both distances; swag and awards are distributed only at packet pickup or on race day. Refunds are available with a $30 fee until December 6, and transfers are allowed through the registration system; there are no registration deferments.
