Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon
The Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon takes place on Sunday 10 May 2026 with a start at AMT Headingley Stadium. The route passes through parts of the city’s outer suburbs and nearby countryside. The event will raise funds for a Motor Neurone Disease centre appeal and for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
Entrants must be 18 years or older on the event day. Included with entry are chip timing, a finisher’s goody bag, an exclusive medal and an option to pre-order a sublimation printed finisher t-shirt with iTAB engraving. Race numbers are normally posted about two weeks before the event; overseas participants will need to collect numbers at the Race Office on the weekend. Address changes are accepted up to six weeks before the event.
On course there are water stations providing 330ml bottles, Applied Nutrition energy and hydration stations, pacers with flagged finish times, fixed first aid stations near water points and a first aid unit and recovery area near the start and finish. An Event Village will offer food and drink to purchase and space for partner charities. Photographs will be taken on course by MarathonPhotos and results will be published on the event results page after the race.
The organiser promotes waste management and recycling on course and in the event village and provides trainer drop-off points for reuse. Travel options include bus, rail, cycle facilities at the stadium and park and ride services. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
