Event overview
The Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon takes place in Leeds on Sunday 10 May 2026 with the start line at AMT Headingley Stadium. Entrants must be 18 years or older on the event day. The event is held in support of the Rob Burrow Centre for Motor Neurone Disease Appeal and the MND Association, and it lists a number of partner charities. Race number delivery is scheduled approximately two weeks before the event; numbers will not be posted to overseas postal addresses and can be collected from the Race Office on the event weekend.
On the day information
The event features an Event Village with food and drink available to purchase and partner charities present. Chip timing, a finisher’s goody bag, an option to pre-order a finisher t-shirt and iTAB, and an exclusive medal are included. Water stations will supply 330ml bottles and High5 energy stations will provide Zero tabs and gels. Baggage must be dropped at the designated Baggage Store with the tear-off strip from the race number tied to the bag handle. Pacers sponsored by Arla Protein will run with flags showing finish times. Toilets are provided around the stadium and on course; the organiser operates a zero tolerance policy for public urination. Medical personnel and fixed first aid stations will be available on course, with a first aid unit and recovery area near the start and finish. Photographs will be taken by MarathonPhotos and results will appear on the event website after the race.
