Roaring Color Run : La Grange, KY
The Roaring Color Run takes place on March 28, 2026. The event is organized by the Locust Grove PTO as a fundraiser to support Locust Grove Elementary. The course is on the multi-use field and trails behind Oldham County High School at 1150 North Highway 393, La Grange, KY 40031.

Event pages list initial prices as: 5K $30, 1 Mile $15, 5K (Parent or Sibling) $15, 1 Mile (Parent or Sibling) $10. Registration opens November 1, 2025. A registration price table shows earlier and later tiers: through November 30, 2025: $30 (5K) / $15 (1 Mile); February 1–28, 2026: $40 / $25; March 1, 2026 to race start: $45 / $30.
Packet pick-up is scheduled Friday, March 27 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm in the tennis court lot at Oldham County High School. Limited packet pick-up is scheduled on race morning from 7:30 to 8:45 am. Registration fees include a finisher medal and post-race refreshments. All 5K participants receive a cotton t-shirt and finisher medal with the option to upgrade to a tech t-shirt. 1 Mile participants receive a finisher medal and may add a t-shirt. Children in strollers are free but do not receive a bib, t-shirt, or medal. Planned on-site activities include food trucks (Fitz Freeze and Dough Baby Donuts), an inflatable kids fun zone, and the Teddy Bear Mobile - Kentuckiana.
