The Roaring Color Fun Run and Walk takes place on Saturday, March 28, 2026, in La Grange, Kentucky. The event is the second annual edition and is organized by the Locust Grove PTO. The venue address is 1150 North Highway 393, La Grange, KY 40031.

- 5K - timed event with race swag.
- 1 Mile - fun run with finishers medal.
- Little Roar-ers Run - free youth run.
Registration and logistics
Entry fees listed are $30 for the 5K, $15 for the 1 Mile, and $0 for the Little Roar-ers Run. The 5K and 1 Mile fees increase after January 31, 2026 at 11:59pm EST. Packet pick-up is scheduled for Friday, March 27 (5:00 PM–7:00 PM) at the tennis court lot at Oldham County High School, with limited race-day pickup also available.
All registrations include a finisher’s medal and post-race refreshments; the 5K entry includes a cotton t-shirt and medal, and the 1 Mile entry includes a medal with an option to add a cotton or tech t-shirt. Participants may upgrade to a tech t-shirt. Children in strollers are admitted free but do not receive a bib, t-shirt, or medal.
Age group awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in these categories: 0-10, 11-20, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 and up. The course map is listed as coming soon.
