Roadford Lake Trail Races
The event takes place at Roadford Lake, Broadwoodwidger, Lifton, PL16 0RL in Devon. It uses off‑road trails around the lake and offers multiple race distances and formats across the day.
Distances and options include:
- Half Marathon: two laps of the 10.5K course
- 10.5K: one lap
- 5K: one lap
- 2K and 1K kids races for ages 3 to 11
- Canicross entries for 10K and 5K
Younger children may enter the 5K at a reduced price; under‑12s must run with an adult. Adults may run with children in the kids races at no extra charge. There are no time limits for the event.
Race entry includes electronic chip timing, a fully marked and marshalled course, a feed station, a custom finisher medal, finish line beer and snacks, free number transfer, category prizes and podiums. Photographs are provided with a Sportiva Events logo at social media resolution; higher resolution images are available for purchase. Public liability insurance and professional first aid cover are in place.
Parking on site is charged at £5 per car. Medals are offered to all finishers or a charity donation is made for those who do not take a medal. The trail races form part of a wider weekend of events at Roadford Lake. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
