RNLI Llandudno 5K & 1K Fun Run 2026
The RNLI Llandudno 5K & 1K Fun Run takes place on 20 September 2026 at RNLI Llandudno Lifeboat Station and along Llandudno Promenade. The event is a fundraising activity in aid of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution to support lifeboat crews and safety work on the North Wales coast.
The event features a fast, flat, certified measured course with starts and finishes on the promenade close to the North Shore paddling pools or toward the Little Orme end. The 5 km race is chip timed and UK Athletics licensed.
Entry is limited by capacity and will close when the event reaches its limits of 350 runners for the 5 km and 100 runners for the 1 km. UK registered athletes receive a £2 discount. Race numbers are collected on the day from the registration desk at the Lifeboat Station.
Each finisher receives a medal, a bottle of water and a chocolate bar. All age group category winners receive a bespoke event trophy.
If the RNLI cancels the activity the organiser will, on request, endeavour to refund the fee or offer an alternative place. Refunds are processed via the original payment method and handled within 30 days of request. Personal data submitted for registration will be retained for up to three years.
