RNLI Llandudno 5K & 1K Fun Run 2026
The RNLI Llandudno 5K and 1K Fun Run takes place on Sunday 20 September 2026. The event is organised by the Royal National Lifeboat Institution and uses RNLI Llandudno Lifeboat Station, Colwyn Road, Llandudno, Conwy, LL30 3AA as Race HQ. The race starts and finishes on Llandudno Promenade, close to the North Shore paddling pools or towards the Little Orme end of the prom.

The course is described as fast and flat. The event is chip timed, run under a UK Athletics licence and held on a certified measured course. Entries are limited to 350 places for the 5 km and 100 places for the 1 km.
Each finisher receives a medal, a bottle of water and a chocolate bar. All age group category winners receive a bespoke event trophy. Race numbers must be collected on the day from the registration desk at Llandudno Lifeboat Station, with collection beginning at 9:30am.
Entry fees are listed as £15 for club affiliated 5 km runners or £17 for unaffiliated runners, and £5 for the 1 km fun run. UK registered athletes qualify for a £2 discount. If the RNLI cancels the activity, it will endeavour to refund fees or offer an alternative place, with refunds processed via the original payment method within 30 days of a refund request.
