Rivers Edge Ultra
The Rivers Edge Ultra is a trail running event held at the Riverside RV Park in Spruce Grove, located within Parkland County, Alberta. The race takes place in the North Saskatchewan River Valley, featuring a course that utilizes single track trails. Participants encounter a variety of terrain including river crossings, beaver dams, and steep inclines and declines.
The event is designed with a progressive structure, offering distances suitable for those new to ultra-running as well as experienced endurance athletes. Each race distance consists of loops ranging from 9 km to 20 km, with all loops starting and ending at the main Start/Finish area.

- 3 km and 5 km (fun runs for children)

- 50 km
- 80 km
- 100 km
- 100 miles
Logistical support includes aid stations, support crew access, and drop bag management. Participants who register before August 15 are eligible for event-specific merchandise. All net proceeds from the race are donated to Olive Tree Projects. The venue at Riverside RV Park also provides camping options for attendees.
