The course starts and finishes in the historic Kingston Market Place and is UKA certified. The route is described as flat and fast, featuring a mix of road sections and traffic-free riverside paths with views of the River Thames.
Participants can choose between two race distances:

The half marathon course passes landmarks such as Hampton Court Palace. To assist runners in reaching their specific time goals, the event provides motivating pace makers. The course is fully marshalled, and professional first aid cover is stationed throughout the route. Water stations are located at approximately 4.7 miles, 8.6 miles, and 11 miles, along with facilities at the finish line. Portable toilets are available at the 1-mile, 5-mile, and 8.6-mile marks.
Registered participants receive a technical t-shirt, a finisher medal, and a goody bag containing post-race snacks and drinks. Free professional race photos are also provided. Race numbers must be collected in person prior to the event from designated sports shops in Kingston or Richmond, or at the race village on the morning of the run. The minimum age for entry is 17 years old on the day of the race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
